Our story
Winston and Yolande Duncan moved to Pietermaritzburg in 2001 to begin their journey as funeral directors. Together they built a family-based company and incorporated their values throughout the business to ensure that families receive an excellent and affordable customer experience.
In 2014, long-time family friend Craig Jonck joined the team. With his enthusiasm, passion for people and commitment to personal service, Craig became an important part of the caring service families experience at Mosaic Funeral Group Midlands. He now serves as a Director of Mosaic Funeral Group Midlands.
Mosaic Funeral Group was formed in 2017 by founders with more than 20 years of leading experience in the funeral industry. With owner-managed branches across South Africa, the group became a family of funeral directors who share the same calling: putting the pieces together in a loving and caring way.
